Shipping Information

I want you to be ecstatic with your order. All orders will be perfectly secured in a fabric box to ensure safe delivery. If you are not happy with an item for any reason, or have any questions or concerns with your order, please contact me via email.

Domestic shipping $5, 3 to 5 business days by USPS priority mail

International shipping, $25, 10 to 15 business days, customers can request fast delivery by DHL or Fedex, but the cost will be covered by customers themselves.

Return and Refund policy: accept return ONLY if there is a quality issue or not as described, the delivery fee will be covered by the seller. Once goods are received, refund will be released within three to five business days.

I can NOT be held responsible for any customs or duty taxes . Before you order, please find out what your country's customs regulations and policies are.

All items will be shipped to the address provided on my website, NOT the address registered with PayPal

Returns & Exchanges

You may cancel any order provided you contact me no more than 2 days after the purchase.

If you receive an item and wish to return or exchange it, you must contact me within 14 days of it being delivered. You will have 30 days from the day of delivery to return the item, at which point you will be refunded through your original method of payment. You will not be refunded for any shipping costs.

Due to the nature of these items, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders unless they arrived to you damaged or defective.
